Open to all middle school golfers in the area, each team will be comprised of two golfers playing team scramble format. Individual players are also welcome! Each match consists of 6 holes with a double par maximum.  Hunting Hill CC, Hanging Rock Golf Club, Ole Monterey & Hidden Valley Country Club (HVCC) will host these events. Events are on Tuesdays April 11, 25 and May 2 and May 9.  Register now! for the events that you can attend. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!  FREE WEEKLY PRACTICE TIMES!  Spring participants – ages 7 – 11 years old – are welcome to attend Skills / Drills weekly practice sessions at Densmore Road on Wednesday afternoons 2:45 – 4pm. Skills/Drills is offered in addition to class times and is available at no additional charge to anyone enrolled in the spring session. Attending Skills and Drills sessions allow our teaching staff an opportunity to work individually with students while demonstrating different practice methods for outside of classes.  Register online for the sessions that fit your schedule. PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION: The 2017 summer and fall classes at First Tee – Roanoke Valley are posted on our website    Summer classes start in June. If you are not sure which class your child should be enrolled in, please email or phone Coach Bill. We generally follow the national age standards where 7 is the minimum age for PLAYer, age 9 for PAR; age 11 for BIRDIE, and age 13 for EAGLE. Children ages 5 – 7 are eligible for our chapter program, Tiger Paws. All participants who are new to First Tee should plan to start in either the Tiger Paw or Player classes.
