1. 1. FILL OUT THE GOOGLE FORM  to indicate the size that your child(ren) want.  Please make sure to click SUBMIT at the bottom of the form.
   2. THEN, you can pay NOW via credit card on the PayPal tab -at the bottom of this page.  You may also pay by check at the first class. Shirts are $xx each if purchased during pre-order; retail $xx.
   3. Shirts will be delivered in classes upon arrival.
   4. PLEASE remember to click SUBMIT at the bottom of the google order form.
